Question: How do you ship the order and how long does it take to receive it?
Answer: All orders are shipped through Canada Post. If you place your order by 2:00 P.M. Eastern Time your order will be shipped out that same day. Expect to receive your order within 2 to 5 business days to most locations within Canada.
Question: Do you sell and ship orders to the United States from where you are in Canada?
Answer: We sell and ship orders to all destinations within the United States. We ship your order by Canada Post Small Packet Air Service. To qualify for shipping with Canada Post Small Packet Air Service, your order must not weigh more than 1 kilogram or 2.2 pounds. We will contact you before processing your order if you are over the weight limit. Expect to receive your order within 5 to 7 business days on the East Coast and 7 to 10 business days on the West Coast.
Question: Do you sell and ship orders to European Countries overseas from where you are in Canada?
Answer: Yes we now ship to European Countries. We also ship to a number of other International destinations. Please see "Shipping" on our home page for more information.
Question: I didn't receive an email confirmation that my order was shipped, what should I do?
Answer: All customers receive an email confirmation the day there order is shipped out. If you didn't receive an email confirmation in your "in box" please check your "junk mail" or "spam folder" for the email. Please read the email carefully and it will tell you everything you need to know about the shipping of your order.
Question: How does Nice and Natural handle security?
Answer: Be assured that shopping online at Nice and Natural is guaranteed to be safe and secure. We use the most powerful information-blocking technology available to the industry today. This will ensure that the information you give us cannot be read at any time during transmission. Our checkout pages are fully secure as noted by the small gold padlock in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. Also the URL will change from "http" to "https" with "s" meaning secure.
Question: What is the best time to call your office for help in choosing a product or asking questions?
Answer: We are here Monday through Friday during regular office hours. If we are away from our desk or on the phone helping other customers, we encourage you to leave a brief message and we will return your call as quickly as possible.
Question: How do you handle "sold out" items?
Answer: We always try to keep sufficient stock to meet or customers orders, but from time to time the demand is greater than we predicted. If you like, you can give us a call and perhaps we can suggest a suitable alternative, or we can place your name and phone number on our backorder list and notify you the day the product is back in stock.
Question: How does Nice and Natural handle damaged items?
Answer: If you should happen to recieve any damaged items please email us at sales@niceandnatural.ca or call us toll free at 1.800.561.6094 within 24 hours so that we can rectify the problem.
Question: How do you handle product returns?
Answer: If there is a problem with your order please inform us within 24 hours of receiving your purchase. You can contact us at sales@niceandnatural.ca or call our toll free number at 1.800.561.6094. If you are unsure that a product might be right for you give us a call so that we can assist you with your purchase. Products may be returned if they are unopened, factory sealed and in the original packaging. All returns must be made within 14 days of the invoice date. Products must be shipped back to us at the customers expense. Your original shipping charges cannot be refunded. If your items are not properly insured, get damaged, or are lost in transit, we cannot give you a refund. Approved items for return may be mailed to Nice and Natural, Suite 100, 1600 Bedford Hwy, Bedford, N.S.
Question: What is the Natural Product Number or (NPN) that I have heard about in Canada?
Answer: Natural Health products that have been authorized for sale in Canada will have a Natural Product Number (NPN) or a Homeopathic Medicine Number (DIN-HM) on the label. These numbers indicate that the products have been assessed by Health Canada for safety, effectiveness and quality. The NPN signifies there approval of the product for use in Canada when taken as outlined on the product label. Many products in Canada are still waiting for their final approval and do not display the new NPN at this time. Health Canada has agreed that these products may continue to be sold in Canada while waiting for their final approval.
Question: How does Nice and Natural handle sales tax?
Answer: There is HST at a rate of 15% if you order from Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, or Newfoundland. There is HST at a rate of 12% if you order from British Columbia. There is HST at a rate of 13% if you order from Ontario. All other provinces pay GST at a rate of 5%. There is no sales tax if you order from the United States.
